I had a good experience here. I purchased a voice recorder from 2 years ago and needed to upgrade. Was given a full demo and BK was very patient. I got the MQ550L recorder which is also a power bank..handy !! Highly recommend this place.
Amazing product! Easy setup. Rotating camera, recording and photos, and speaker! Portable speaker is great! It hooks up through Bluetooth! Also amazing customer service. They took me through how to use and set up and was overall very informational. Thank you.
