My husband and I got our COVID vaccinations at the Avoyelles Parish Health Unit this month. On both visits, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. The process was efficient and we didn’t even have to leave our car. We rate our visits a 10 out of10. Thank you to these medical professionals.

The workers are absolutely the rudest people you will ever have to deal with. I'd recommend finding a different place to go considering how unhelpful they are.

Not nice people. I was talked to very inappropriately and condescending by the front worker. I had a hard time getting an appointment set up and was told they dont have to remind me about any kind of paper work to bring because I got that information on my 1st (and only) visit over a year ago for WIC. Said I wasn't calling at the right times yatta yatta. I was calling every wed multiple times between 8 and 9, when they would answer I was told all appointments were full. I was so embarrassed and mad. Definitely filling a formal complaint.

Literally no point in making an appointment. Your appointment was at 11:30am? Oh well, you'll still be here 3 or 4 or 5 hours later! Fun fun!
