Pharmacy department needs improvement! Some of the workers in this department are very rude and act as if they don't see you standing there waiting in line. One day while waiting in line inside of store three people were waited on in the drive through lanes before I was even acknowledged and that included several minutes between of waiting between each of those three customers. I started to wonder if they only waited on you if you went through the drive through. Well needless to say when I finally did get waited on the last was very rude even walked away while I was asking her a question. So at that moment that did it for me. No more CVS for me! I took my business to a local pharmacy where they treat you as a person not just a number.

The worst ever! First off the website tells you that CVS gives no cost Covid-19 testing but yet when my fiance went to get one after scheduling his appointment online for a test and providing them with his insurance card. They refused to give the test claiming they couldn't find his insurance. Ok,well CVS plainly says on the website if you don't have insurance to provide your driver's license or id. In which she did not ask for. Instead asked if we wanted to cash pay....when asked how much would it be she said she doesn't know....how am I supposed to pay for something if you don't give me a price. Needless to say after waiting for 30mins in the drive thru she comes back to window to tell us she can't do it....which once again it's supposed to be no cost testing....and tells us to go to SouthStar Urgent Care instead. Like really. Worst Pharmacy ever. Don't go there for anything because you will be disappointed.

Myra is so sweet, always has a smile on her face. I didn’t see anyone with masks or gloves on and that’s the fault of CVS. (Protect your workers) While so many people are not working now, our front line workers should have personal protective items. Also, all workers who are putting their health on the line every day should get hazard pay!

These people do not deserve their jobs.they avoid the phone calls all together, or hang up on you once you finally get thru. I even had one to pretend not to hear me and hang up on me. When you go in person, they don't acknowledge you are even there. After a whole day of not giving up on my meds, I ended up transferring my medicine scrip to walmart. The worker at walmart had the same trouble with cvs as I did. Can I tell you, CVS can kiss my ***.

Awesome people and sales! This is the closest that you can get to an independent store and pharmacy with a corporation. I recommend stopping by for all of your needs. Everyone is always treated like family!
