Disgusting customer service. Lady at the front desk spoke poorly of customers after they left the store and after not wanting a plastic bag for screws (because plastic), a young man who worked there destroyed one in front of me. Why? Who knows. Maybe he hates working there as much as we hated shopping there. We definitely put down everything we were going to buy and left. I have plans to build a house in Mansura and will not be using Home Hardware or recommending it.
