9:30 Monday morning. Not open. It is an old house with old structures on the property. Easy to find on the main street.

Place is falling apart and not being kept up well

Tour guide was so very nice. It is not a big attraction but I collect antiques (not just furniture) so I was delighted over all the small things that were there. Hipolite is in my family ancestry as probably everyone else in Avoyelles. It was like making a small connection to the past.
