The first few times I had a great experience. I checked in on line for the wait to be 2 hours. When I got the message to come to the office I called to say I was on the way. The line was busy the entire time. Once I arrived (with my phone on speaker so she could hear their music) the receptionist was sitting in the back with the others drinking Starbucks and on her phone. This is the second time and the last time.

Love this place. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I uselly only go when my kids and I are all sick at the same time. We can all be seen by one Doctor or N.P. at the same time. Instead of having to go to two different offices.
Came for Covid-19 test for my fiance and he only had to wait like 30mins which wasn't bad because the waiting room was full of people. They allowed him to sit in the car while waiting and called his cell phone when they were ready to call him to the back. Great experience. Came another time for myself and children for just a wellness check and waited 10mins and the doctors were nice,fast and helpful. Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Here to get a covid test done. I called prior to coming any was on hold for 20 minutes. We got here and have been sitting for 30 minutes in the waiting room with unmasked people while my son is coughing. We asked if we could wait in the vehicle and were told to sit in waiting room. Someone just walked in asking for a covid test without any mask on. He’s not being asked to put one on
I visited this clinic 3 times within the last 6 weeks to be tested for COVID, all negative results by the way. My 2nd visit a guy named Eric did my test and the last time it was a girl with freckles. Well, Mr Eric is the BOMB with those COVID tests! I wished I would’ve got him last time but now I will request him every time! He is my most favorite!!! I want him to put bandaids on all my paper cuts!!! Y’all... request Mr Eric for all your needs!!!
The dr was very nice and respectful. He even held the door open for me on my way out. It was also very clean.
Went to this facility on March 09,2020 and went prior to that before. First trip was very pleased with the complete staff. Went in March and won't ever go back. Np Marjorie Shanks is worthless and so rude. They put me in a room waiting a hour and they were not at all busy. She did nothing for me after waiting all that time.
Called to ask about covid testing. Receptionist cut me off to tell me I didn't need an appointment and turn around time on results are 20 mins, but it was - basically - its first come first serve and they arent doing anymore testing for today. She said they do a daily limit. When I asked 'what was the limit?' (knowing that they'd only been open for 30 mins and I live out of town...I'd have gage when I should leave home if I decided to go there the following day ...); she again, cut me off and told me 'we arent going to give out that kinda of information.' The response and withheld information from Southstar is Baffling and Completely Unnecessary.
