Don’t buy from this terrible company, I’m sure it’s about to close. I bought a coffee machine for 1000 and my milk doesn’t even froth. No returns, total BS.

just awful customer experience. I will never order from them. just miserably unhelpful and rude. i would never post one of these reviews online unless i was really frustrated.

During inquiry about product purchase, their customer service agent was impatient and hang up on me after three ! questiins. Don’t want to know what the experience would be had I purchased a product and having a problem to solve.

Please do yourself a favor and don't buy from this awful company that does not stand behind the quality of product that they sell. In less than a year, this is the 4th time that my machine has been to the service department that they sent me to, now it's 2 weeks out of warranty, and James Smith ran out excuses and just hung up.

I was doing an online purchase and noticed the website stated Lowest Price guarantee. During my initial research I found another website had the same product for 100 less. I called 1st in Coffee to ask about matching the price. The man was rude, laughed and said no way because the website isn't an authorized dealer. I understand the reason but the rudeness was completely unnecessary. I continued my research and found another company with the same refurbished product at 109 less and they were more informative. I felt if my simple phone call resulted in bad customer service then doing business would have the same outcome. I am in customer service myself and first impressions are everything.

I bought my espresso machine through the website and it stopped working after 6 months of using. I had been only brewing 1 cup of coffee a day. Very bad customer service. He hung up on me and refused for me to talk to manager. They initially told me to pay for repair shipping even though it stopped working only after 6 months and it was under warranty. Customer service did not respond in appropriate way. I am very frustrated by the way of resolving repair issue for my 1750 machine. 8/22/2020 My espresso machine stopped working again. I found a local repair store and fixed my machine because I did not want to deal with the customer service. The local store said the machine's components are not good. They changed all of old components to new ones. I regret buying my machine through this website and I definitely don't want to deal with the customer service. never again.

I have been using this company for years and they are a class act. Always a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend First In Coffee. An extremely happy customer.

I really ran into the propeller on this one. By this phrase 1st in Coffee will know who I am; it's also in my emails to them. But humor can't really make up for this pitiable transaction. I bought a 1699.00 Jura espresso machine and it didn't go well from the start. I can drive from New Jersey to where I live in Virginia in a few hours, but it took 1st in Coffee more than ten days to deliver. When I noted this was excessive, they said they can't help it if UPS screws up. This 1st in Coffee spokeswoman, Nancy, apparently does not know the difference between fault and responsibility. The machine was a dud. After a few coffees it died and stayed dead. Jura Support were unhelpful so they are off my book too. 1st in Coffee in this situation expects the CUSTOMER to ship the defective item back at HIS cost, and they might charge a 20% re-stocking fee . After notifying 1st in Coffee of the situation, they were non-responsive for days (other than daily SPAM) to the point that I had to dispute the charge with Amex. Finally, Nancy sends me an UPS label. I sent back every single thing they sent me, and took pictures, which seems it was an excellent idea, because now they have both my money and the merchandise and I've been waiting for a refund for days with no luck. I can't tell what's wrong with these folks, or how this will end. But I am certain of one thing... I really ran into the propeller on this one. Beware. ----- Feel better now, after owning a resplendent Breville Oracle Espresso. It arrived in two days and it works brilliantly. Did not buy it from 1st in Coffee, though.
