I called to cancel several times because the service was not effective. They had promised no contracts and i can cancel any time. When i called they said no problem and they would cancel the service. However, they continued to bill me. dispite several calls to try and correct the issue they continue to bill me and threatening to hurt my credit report if i don't pay their extortion
