Bought a Dodge SuperBee from Colonial from Dan Flanagan , great guy , and a great dealership. They took care of everything for me amid the Covid -19 crisis. I've been in and out of this dealership over the years for various things. Several years ago it was for a broken actuator on an explorer. They bent over backwards to help meet out. They competently serviced my mustang for years. Now I've started the process of a custom ordered Bronco. So far so good, no msrp mark up like others (Westborough). A services

I am still waiting for my car being repaired, but so far so good. The service rep was professional and just called with an update. They took me in on short notice (called them and dropped it off yesterday morning.) They started the repair today and as mentioned, called with an update. I should get the car back end of day tomorrow (a major component being replaced,) but the experience so far has been great! I expect no less for the entire repair. If things go as planned, my positive review ends here. If any issue arises, I'll be back to update, but so far this dealer experience is excellent! Update: The above repair ended excellent. When I went to get the car, they also performed a factory check/recall on my door locks (which were not required to be replaced.) I didn't even have to ask, they did it on their own. Great service experience!

Sales experience was very good. They started at a competitive price so there was not a lot of haggling required. Had to take a poor loan interest rate to get the good deal but its just a nuisance for 3 months.
