I broke my phone screen (Galaxy Note 10) this morning and called 4 different places to find someone to repair it for me. Fast Fix was 25 cheaper (though still not cheap by any means) than everyone else that I spoke to and best of all they had my screen in stock. I would have had to wait for other stores to order it. My phone was barely usable the way it broke, so didn't want to wait. They were also the highest rated of all the places that I called (Verizon, Natick Mall, and Downtown Framingham), but I was a little skeptical about all of the 5 star reviews. I drove a bit out of my way to go there, but in the end it was worth it. The screen was repaired in about an hour, and it looks and functions perfectly. I was half expecting him to ask me to rate them 5 stars, due to all of the reviews here, but he didn't. He just thanked me and I was on my way. I was very pleased with my trip there and would recommend them to others in need of a screen repair.
