Brought a Felina bra for 60 and after wearing it a few times the wire came out. I returned it to be told I had tumbled dried it so it was my fault. I do not even own a a tumble dryer. But the lady was very rude. They sent it back to the manufacturer and I was told they would be in touch. I went in a number of times to find out what was happerning after 3 months of not hearing from them. I finally emailed to say either return the bra or refund me the money. Low and behold it was sent back from the Malborough shop within 2 days of the email. So not the manufacturer. Marks and Spencer bras I brought at the same time are still going strong with no faults and only cost 22.
