Horrible. Received an e mail prompting me to fill out a service review, but unfortunately, I still have not received service on my extended warranty covered generator. Called in September about my generator, which was under an extended service plan which I paid good money for. Tech came out weeks later, told me he needed to order parts. Then, they couldn't find the parts, they were on backorder. I've made call after call, attempt after attempt to reach them, with no response - it's been 5 months. Finally, I took it to a local repair shop last week, and they fixed it in less than a week, and had no problem finding the parts. Will really hesitate next time I think about shopping Sears.

Always on time. Know the appliance very well. Don't chat or waste time & tell you exactly how the charges work & what to expect. Don't mark up the floors pulling out machines & allow you time to get accumulated dust out from behind. If it was just a customer error in operation, they don't sell you a part just because they're there. Always have replacement parts for all machines being serviced. Genunely want to know if the customer is satisfied. Work neatly & clean up any debris they may have made. Used twice & happy with repair knowledge & professionalism. Allow a customer to use a coupon if its valid.

The serviceman came in my house without a mask. He then diagnosed the problem to a thermal fuse and gas value; the part and labor to fix would be 603. He needed to order parts and would come back in about 2 weeks to install them. We settled on a date and time range. When he didn't show up on the date that we arranged I call the office; after waiting for 20 mins I finally got to speak with someone who informed me that they parts were on back order. At that point I cancel the parts and service. I was put on hold while he contacted the service department and then cut off. I called back and again waited 20 minutes to talk with someone. I finally got to speak with someone and they confirmed that the parts and service had been cancel and that my credit card should be credited for the 603. It never was so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I then called New England Appliance for service. The came over and fixed the dryer on the spot with just a new thermal fuse which they had in his truck. Total charge was 156. I give sears appliance repair one star only because 0 wasn't an option. They are ether completely incompetent or scammers.

The technician, Paul, who was very courteous and professional, took the time to explain in detail what was the cause of our refrigerator malfunctioning, and also gave us advice on how to get the most of our 10-year old Whirlpool refrigerator. We were very grateful.

Arrived on schedule (a little early). Inspected the mower. Described the work needed. Completed work and left. Confidant and respectful.

easy to schedule, and I have never had any charges other than the warranty itself. Technicians are courteous and work efficiently. Only negative is that sometimes the initial technician can be a bit lax in evaluating the parts needed for the repair, so that more than one return trip is required as the second technician finds there are more parts needed.

The technician was very professional , went through many tests to be sure that he fixed it. He operated the snow blower on and every thing was ok. he cleaned the area he used to work at.
