There aren't many watch repair shops in the area so I was happy to find Time Xpress. To be sure I called and was warmly greeted on the phone. The kiosk manager told me that he was open and asked when I wanted to come in. When I arrived a few hours later he was ready for me. I dropped off three watches and returned 30 minutes later. All watches were cleaned up (including the inside of one that had a battery failure and leak), had new batteries, a new gasket for one, and were set to the correct time and date and fully working. I remembered that my chronograph hand was a bit off and asked if you could fix. 5 minutes later it was working perfectly. The price was fair and I was given a multi-watch discount. The total was 60 for three watches. I highly recommend Time Xpress and will return when I need basic service for another watch.
I went there to replace battery for my watch. They finished it just in 15mins :) It’s quiet hard to find the place though. I actually had to call them. They are right next to forever 21!

The back of my watch popped off when I dropped it, brought it to Shaik and he fixed it in no time. My go to place for replacing watch batteries, always great service!

EDIT: Revising my review down to 1 star due to cheap plastic replacement crystal melting off the back in the sun. Watch is now totally unusable, worse than when I started. Avoid my mistake. Top notch experience at Time Xpress. My watch had two shattered crystals: on the face and on the back of the housing. After being told by the manufacturer and multiple jewelry stores that it could not be repaired as parts were no longer available, I brought it here after reading the excellent reviews. My watch is now back to pristine condition after one week and for what I consider to be a very fair price considering the custom crystal replacement that was necessary. Give them a try; they can do the "impossible"!
This is the best place for watch repair and quick fixes. He’s very good at what he does and super friendly! He even waited for me to come back when the mall was closing. Fixed 4 watches in an hour. Repairs that were not easy. I recommend him for sure!! Incredible service!!!
