I have been a customer of Long's for many years, first as a walk in propane customer and now being on their gas route. Every person I deal with in the organization is friendly and respectful. I might be what you call a eedy\ customer but they never bat an eye at my requests. I always try to give my business to a family business if they deserve it and Long's certainly does. Thank you for the fine service.

Very very bad would never use again ,, not only do they lie they also disrespect you. Change the contract after a couple years and then lie about it , save your money go to a reparable propane company , filing charges with the Better Business Bureau now

No stars if it was possible!! TERRIBLE RIP-OFF Company, and I don't use that term often. I WAS a long term customet-I'll NEVER go back, if I pay more at another place, so be it. This place SUCKS!!!
