As soon as I walked in to the store I was kindly greeted by Natalia, she was super helpful because we’ve had NO luck furniture shopping during this pandemic. We were given numerous options based on our budget. Natalia and Meddy were able to give me a GREAT deal on a living room set. Highly recommend this place for your shopping! Will certainly come back!

Love the place. I got my dining table and sofa set there 6 years ago. I still love them. I was looking for a l shaped desk but was not lucky this time. However, the items pictured captured my eyes...humm maybe time to upgrade

Trying to shop during the pandemic is a bit nerve wracking. I shopped the Marlo website and made a list of items I wanted to see. Then, I called the store to ask if they had them on the floor as well as what their COVID procedure was before going. Spoke to Anthony over the phone. He was friendly and checked on inventory for me. Gave me the details about their COVID procedure which was everyone had to wear a mask entering. Not much else though. Good thing I carry my own hand sanitizer with me cause I kept using it throughout the store. However, the store is enormous. I saw more employees than I did customers. The customers I did pass were the ones that entered the store minutes after me. Shopping experience itself was okay. Kevin was helpful and knew where the pieces I wanted to see were located. Kevin was friendly. Knew it was going to be an easy sale cause I already knew what I wanted. Took awhile to get from the front of the store to the bedroom location. He explained that items were now taking 2-12 weeks if they had to order. Of course, the items I wanted all had to be ordered. So, I'm expecting delivery anytime between January and March 2021. Today, I received a courtesy call to thank me for shopping. I'll have to come back and update after delivery.
