Many thanks to all the team at My Specialist GP in Marlow for their help and support with our recent Covid 19 test. Needing a 72 hour turn around for the test we confirmed that this was possible (and especially with a Sunday 'in the way'). This was confirmed. The service taking the the test was excellent - all on time and very supportive on what was needed to be done. My Specialist team arranged this for 9:00 to get the test off to the lab as early as possible. Getting the test results back was stressful. The team kept us calm and chased the lab throughout Monday and were promised much, but by 18:00 we were still waiting. The team were great and tracked emails from the lab that evening, out of hours, to eventually get them to us by 20:00 on Monday. Whilst not within the 48 hours specifically this was GREAT service from all the team and managing much out of their hands and at a time with even greater stress on the testing service as a whole. Paid 185 for a Covid test as they did advertise 24-48 hours for results. Still awaiting results and no proactive service to engage with me as a customer, I’ve chased and been told to call back later. It would have been quicker to keep refreshing the page on the NHS site and save the money. I understand the labs are busy but don’t entice people into a service you can’t deliver.

After reading some of the other review of the covid test I was starting to get very nervous due to the criticalness of the 72 hour turn around for our flight - me and my wife received our results in less than 24 hours which is brilliant :) Staff we're friendly and listened to my worries, there were a couple of typos on my certificate but these were quickly rectified.

Do not get a Covid test here. Says 24-48 hours on website for results. We paid 180 and we are still waiting three days later. Phoned them and they said 'no, it's up to 72 hours'. Fiasco
