Terrible customer service!!! I saw the doctor in September 2020 for a contact exam, and ordered and paid for a one year supply of contacts the same day. I did not receive the contacts until November 2020. I spent a few months trying to adjust to the new contacts but they were very uncomfortable. When I called the clinic back I was told a new out-of-pocket exam is needed to switch brands back to my old contact brand. Apparently it didn't matter that my prescription is current and I just wanted a different contact type. Absolutely do not recommend. Do yourself a favor and choose a better place to spend your time and money.

The Dr was very good and professional. The actual eyeglass store connected to it is just awful! The customer service is terrible, they are rude, expensive, and 2 separate times messed up our order adding an additional 2 week delay. The woman we dealt with specifically was brash and simply rude; treated my family and I as if we were an inconvenience or as if she was doing us a favor by taking our order. My wife and I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and spent about 800 out of pocket, and we have vision insurance. If the service was great I could accept the price. However, high prices and bad service is to much to take-we won’t be back.

Dr. Marquardt is the first doctor that could explain to me why I was having trouble seeing with my glasses and what needed to be done. I was very pleased with my appointment. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Receptionist advised me just moments ago that she was not wearing mask today - during height of current pandemic - because of “personal choice.” I replied that I would therefore exercise my personal choice to cancel my eye exam appointment for today plus any further business contact with Marquardt Associates. Forever and always.

Even Doctor Marquardt is wonderful, I am giving his clinic only two stars because the old woman with short dark hair, in the optic is so arrogant, bossy and unpleasant.

Honestly love marquart eye associate's, they're always so nice when I go in, I've been to a couple different eye places in town and was never treated nicely until I came here. I will always continue coming here. The dr takes his time during the exam, theres no rushing he makes sure you get that attention you need for your eyes. Everyone working with him also is very nice, even helped me decide on glasses for myself.

I don't think I'd recommend this optometrist. I arrived for my appointment and was met by a younger man who seemed to know much about what he was doing. We chatted a bit while the exam went on and in that moment, I felt confident in the care that I was being given. This was, of course, up until I was supposed to get my glasses. I came in to pick them up, wore them, and realized that they were the entirely wrong grade. I couldn't see out of them at all. I resorted to wearing my old glasses until I was able to get another appointment. Another....appointment. Surely, if you made a mistake, you should do what you absolutely can to remedy the situation as soon as possible. The best thing would have been to get me in for an adjustment in prescription right away. I had to wait a few days to get back in. On my second appointment, I was seen by an older man who had a somewhat abrasive attitude. He informed me that the previous optometrist wrote the entirely wrong prescription for me and that now, I should have the correct one. A week later, I returned to pick up my new glasses with, obviously, the new grade. This time, the coating on the lenses had a manufacturer defect and, while they may have been the "correct" prescription, I was still unable to wear them. I return a week later for the glasses where I was informed that they were fixed and I was able to wear those with somewhat discomfort. Even then, it didn't seem like the correct prescription but, at that point, I was exhausted and was unwilling to return for another go-around. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer.

Wait time was not bad. State of the art equipment. Staff was very competent. Large selection of fashionable frames to choose from.
