So my car decided to break down and leave me stranded on the highway going to marquette, and with the help of an awesome tow guy and these guys were able to sneak me in. I wasn't really familiar with the area. They got me in and fixed everything within 2 hours or so and I was able to get back home the same day. I'm so grateful they did this for me. Definitely would come back, everyone was super friendly and helped in any way they could. I came in so upset and left with a giant smile on my face

Our experience was top notch from the moment we stepped on the lot until we drove out with our 2020 GMC Terrain. Our sales associate Brandee met us in the lot as we were looking around. She was welcoming, personable, and took time to discover what we were looking for. Her first suggestion was right on and she was patient as we asked a lot of questions. Lauren expertly handled the financing and smoothed over all the behind the scenes work to make this seamless and customer-focused. We were treated to a full tour of the building and all the associates wore masks and said hello during their busy day. The show room was exceptionally clean and spacious, which made us feel at ease and reassured that all safety measures were in place. All our questions/concerns were handled with professionalism and respect. The entire team at Marthaler of Marquette made us feel like family. I highly recommend this team to anyone shopping for a new, certified pre-owned, or used vehicle. We are very happy customers!
