Do not recommend! As a tenant I received little to no help while living in a property managed by Marquis realty. Our icemaker was never fixed despite several attempts. The dishwasher nor the garage door opener were ever fixed. I was away working and my very pregnant wife had to lift to the garage manually everyday. My neighbor put one took pity and installed one for us for a discount. We were there 5 years and only called him for the broken things and he never fixed them. I even offered to pay out of pocket but he didn't offer a resolution to how we would be compensated for paying. The worst part about all of this is that the homeowner had a home warranty! Its literally a few phone calls to fix issues. I would not rent with them nor would I put my property on to be managed by them. He steals your deposit as well. Very negligent property manager that preys on military families.
