We spent close to 15k on windows in our home based on Skip coming out and showing us a window that blocked a ton of heat from a heat lamp vs what we felt with our current windows. After they were installed, we felt an enormous amount of cold air during the winter and a lot of heat during the summer. I reached out to Skip and he agreed that he felt it as well and would work with the manufacturer. After almost a year and my continued insistence, he put new sashes in some of the windows. These were no better and his response is, "I didn't make the windows." The new "energy efficient" windows do not block any more of the outside elements as my old 22 year old windows. We have tested these with energy meters. He uses Alside windows. If you are looking at windows, I would avoid Alside. If you are looking for any home repairs, avoid Conrey Construction.

My wife and I spent over 30,000 to have this company install a new roof, siding, and windows. Not one aspect of the job was performed correctly. We have spent several thousand dollars having their work repaired. The roof leaked as collars were never placed around the vent stacks and the chimney was not properly flashed. The original insulation was never removed before the insulated vinyl siding was installed. As a result, all of the corner posts were pushed beyond the roof line and are exposed to the elements. The trim (coil stock) was placed behind the siding, causing water to enter the interior walls of our home damaging the studs, baseboard, and drywall. Due to the poor insulation the vinyl siding has fallen or blown off the house numerous times. Today (4/16/20) I am again paying a contractor 550.00 to secure siding that has fallen from the home. This company hires inept and lazy employees who have no idea how to do their work properly. Meanwhile, the owner "Skip Conrey" has relocated to Florida. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. HIRE THESE BUTCHERS AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!

We went to Skip's customer appreciation party, had a great time. His company does excellent work for a good value.

These folks put a new roof on our house and garage. They are amazing! They were here early in the morning ---- removed old roofing material, replaced with all the new (our wood under it all was in great shape and didn't need replacing) --- AND when they were finished (same day), you honestly couldn't tell they were here except to see the new roofs...property was THAT clean! Nothing laying around, NO trash, NO nails, nothing. Thanks SO much guys! You are true professionals. Now I LOVE to hear the rain on the roof :o)

Had to reschedule my appointment for a roof replacement and was going to get an estimate for replacing the siding, windows and doors as well. The day of the rescheduld appointment was a no show. After calling my contact with the company, Tim, he didn't answer my call or return my call and offer any explanation. If this is the caliber of service for an estimate, I'm glad that the call was ignored, I wouldn't want to find out the problems I could have faced if they had started to work on my home.
