DO NOT HAVE YOUR BRACES DONE HERE! Had a relapse so went to Marsh House for braces to pull my teeth back as it had shifted forward. Despite it saying on the notes from the beginning, that this is what I wanted and expressing concerns at nearly every appointment that my teeth are going more forward than back, at the end of the treatment they basically said sorry that your unhappy even after I showed proof from my records that my teeth have clearly gone forward. Dr Williams refused to acknowledge it and instead ignored it as he didn't want to pay my money back. Don't have your braces done here, my teeth are now worse than when I originally had the relapse! I tried getting a refund and they completely refused, basically insinuated 'Tough luck' in fake professional wording. Unfortunately I can't even get it sorted by another Ortho as most Ortho feel despite it going forward, it doesn't have any major health risk attached to it and it's a lot of work to fix right. So now my teeth and my jaw is different from when I originally came in IN A WORSE WAY. DO NOT GO TO THIS ORTHO FOR BRACES. Syed Ahmed DOB 2ND NOV. Response to feedback: I've got in touch repeatedly and been shut down to receiving any solution in terms of a refund, so I have no idea why you chose to reply with please get in touch if you want 'us to help'. You previously told me there's nothing I can do and I shouldn't contact anymore.... Also 'perfection' I require 'unobtainable'??? I literally just said at start, look I had a relapse, I want my teeth pulled back as its moved forward and then at end of treatment showed you my teeth in fact moved further forward so is worse than the start. if my teeth couldn't be pulled back due to your lack of expertise, why was my case taken on?????

It was really good. Today was my last trip and my orthodontist Dr. Williams was really nice and looked after me really well and gave me great advice on how to look after my retainer and teeth. Thanks You. :)
the staff are great on the top floor, however. be wary of getting treatment for an overbite as i did when i was 15, it messed up my facial structure. the orthodontists never really took into account my facial structure before proceeding into treatment, now i am left with sunken cheeks and a receded chin which i never used to have looking back at old photos.
Do the job however receptionist staff never fail to be rude, no manners and bossy. Poor customer service.
Great people here who can do their job to the best and give the patients an enjoyable and welcoming time Dr John is a fine man and jieun is an amazing nurse who just happened to treat me recently and also treated me for the longest time.All in all a great place to have your teeth cared for
