I just had Lasik surgery from Dr. Verma and the whole process went great. Everyone was easy to work with and prepared me for what to expect. No complaints whatsoever from me.

I am a patient of Dr Vermas as well as Dr Goel, I have had nothing but professional and caring service from all staff. The wait time has been a little lengthy at times but given the amount of patients being seen and the different tests, one can expect such. I am very pleased with my care and will continue. Those complaining about the temperature, take a jacket or a sweater, remember the office staff is always on the move and their comfort is important too.

I really didn't enjoy my experience here. I have glaucoma, so I have spent a lot of time in different opthamologists' offices, and this is by far my least favorite experience. I was there for way too long (close to 3 hours), the assistant made me re-scan my eyes because he messed it up the first time, the doctor examined my eyes by pressing the glass lens against my eye (which I have never had a doctor do before, and he didn't seem to care much about my comfort level), and at one point there were multiple employees in the room staring at me because I have aniridia and they didn't know what to do. Yeah, I think that about sums it up.

Provided an appointment day/time. Arrived as scheduled only to be told the appointment was a couple of days ago. Very rude receptionist insisted I was wrong. I absolutely was not wrong. I know when the appointment was scheduled. She would not accommodate...said they were too busy doing their office Thanksgiving luncheon today. If this is the service provided before the appointment, just imagine what it must be like after!

Having cararact surgery on May 28th by Dr.Bitar. My first evaluation was great! Melissa was awesome. Very professional yet very funny and caring. Dr.Bitar is great too!
