Prices for oil is completely absurd and customer service is horrible. Driver was rude and dirty towards my wife! Would not recommend

I just bought a new house where Marshall had installed some new equipment for the seller less than a year ago. it has never worked correctly, and after two tries fixing it they told me that they would not try anymore as I am not an existing oil contract. I had explained to them that I had already signed a contract with another company and could not change until next spring and would consider them but they did not care. Terrible customer service. Would never switch to them. You should not either.

What a nice and knowledgeable crew. If you need help with your tank or any other services/delivery they are worth your consideration. Explains things and gives you your options. Long time community business.

Been using them for years. They've come at 2AM on a subzero January night to fix my boiler which wouldn't stay on. And they've come every other time I needed them. Prices are high for oil, but who else are you going to call at 2AM in January and know they will come. As to the previous review- you are being highly unfair to this company. I have no financial interest in Marshall oil, I'm just a customer. And while I feel bad that your elderly parents are struggling to pay off their heating bill, this company cannot work for free. Neither can I, and neither can you. I have had Marshall oil at my home fixing items with no service contract. I suspect it was their unpaid bill that led Marshall to not send a serviceman out, thinking that they wouldn't get paid for that either. You used your elderly parents and their plight to evoker a sympathetic reaction from your audience, but in reality they did not pay their bill so they did not get service. If you are so concerned why didn't you pay their bill instead of writing poor reviews on a decent company? I'm a business owner too, and while I am sympathetic to the plight of a client who may not be able to pay me and is carrying a past due balance, I won't extend that person more credit. I have bills to pay too. Shame on you for using your parents in an attempt to elicit sympathy against the big bad old oil company (which is a local family owned business for three generations). If you work and your boss didn't pay you for your last job, and now he's asking you to take on a new job, would you work for free?
