Avoid. Serviced my car few times without problem, until last visit when I have found that my car's bumper was dented. Reported to member of staff without good response and even evidence (as promised at a time), as they claimed that it was like that before I left it with them, although we checked the car during pre-inspection and nothing was found. Poor customer service afterwards and very hard to get any explanations even from senior members within business. Gave up at the end after contacting them twice and receiving one email and second without response. Lost loyal customer. Think twice before you go there.

Very nice and polite staff, especially few that I interacted with (Vanessa and mainly Sarah - such a polite young lady). Sometimes the professionalism of staff makes you want to come back to that specific place due to beautiful people. My car had a 5 years cambelt and water pump replaced major service. My superb received a nice exterior wash too and all together I am delighted with the service provided. Thank you to the whole team.

Would 100% recommend! From the first phone call the service was attentive and Ashley and Tim both worked incredibly hard from the off to get me a deal put together on the car I wanted. Nothing was too much of an ask, phone calls were returned promptly, extra products were talked through and if I didn’t want to take them there was no pushing or hard sell. On collection day the car was ready, handover was done efficiently and the car was perfectly prepared. Everything was just so effortless, exactly as picking up a nearly new car should be! I retrofit extras to Skoda’s and every one of my customers who bought their cars from Marshall’s told me to call them when I was looking to change and they were right to recommend them. If you are looking for a Skoda, do not hesitate to call them.

Great experience with Marshall Skoda Reading. I purchased a nearly new Superb and can not fault the buying experience. I was well looked after by Stefan and the team, with video walkthroughs of the car and the deal was concluded over phone / email. A seamless collection experience, even with a trade-in. Everything was prepared ahead of time and questions dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. I've had no need for after-sales service as the car has been perfect, but would not hesitate to recommend to those looking for a no-nonsense buying experience.

Decent enough buying experience but aftercare has been very poor. I have been left feeling more than a little ripped off by their servicing, and it could have been a lot worse if I'd let them do all the work which they suggested should be done - all of which has ultimately proven unnecessary after discussions with a more trusted mechanic. Would have been needlessly out another 400 if I'd taken their "advice". Overly defensive to the point of rudeness if you have the audacity to question them... I will be avoiding in the future.

Just arrived home after collecting our new Kodiaq from Marshall Skoda in Reading. Our contact throughout the process from initially obtaining our quote to ordering and collection of the car was Ian Parsons and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Because of the delay in build times, due Covid, of new Kodiaq's we decided to go with the closest model that ticked all our boxes that was already built which has saved us probably 3 or 4 months. Because we live 60 miles away from the dealership and thanks to Covid restrictions, the entire process until collection was done remotely via phone and email. Ian was always very patient and friendly, he explained everything well and communication and updates were excellent throughout. I don't think I waited longer than an hour for any email responses and more often than not queries were responded to almost instantly. He even replied a couple of times out of hours. Collection and dropping off our trade in was all very straightforward and Covid friendly. Ian explained everything to do with the car and finance paperwork well and the whole process from driving onto the forecourt with our old car to leaving with the new one took just under an hour. Overall this has certainly been an excellent experience and the contrast between buying this car from Ian at Marshall and buying our last car from our local dealer in Horsham were world's apart. I genuinely can't fault Marshall in any way and will not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.
