When me and my family used to eat here a while ago it was heavenly, dreamy, and all the above of those, now after several months of not eating here it was complete rubbish. My bacon on my biscuit was burnt, my chicken had almost no meat on it, the rice was so much less than it used to be, my biscuits were partially burnt, and everything tasted a lot worse than it used to, they need to do better and they need to suit up.

I stopped by this Bojangles on my way thru on a trip, was a little hungry and decided Bo's Chicken Biscuits sounded good. Oh my, these were honestly some of the best I've ever had and I've been eating Bojangles since they have been around. The biscuit, just melted in my mouth, not over-cooked, nor under-cooked, it was perfect. The chicken, juicy, tender, and crisp as well. I actually thought about stopping again on my way back thru. Anyway, GREAT experience!!

While the staff is courteous, I received more wrong orders, than I do correct . And, on occasion, they have ho chicken ready during peak hours.
Dont order here if you want to receive the food you actually ordered. If you want a completely random array of foods, this may your go to.
