You can never get a appointment, you have to ring on the day. Also if you have multiple issues they will only deal with 1 issue, that means you will have to ring every day until and go to the surgery 3 days on the trot for 3 issues. NO WONDER THEY ARE ALWAYS STRESSED AND FULL. it's not rocket science to organise a appointment system but at this surgery it certainly is! #absolutelycrap

The receptionists are always helpful but this business of not being able to book an appointment is ridiculous and phoning in the morning is not satisfactory as the line is always engaged. I have even gone round to the surgery at 8am but this is not an option for some patients especially the elderly and disabled.

Terrible allocation system on a Monday and Friday. Pointless time slot given that always overruns. Don't even bother trying to phone or booking an appointment....
