We visited Martels on one of their appointment only wedding shows due to the current circumstances. We had the pleasure of listening to Kyle whilst we waited for our appointment (he nailed our on the spot song request!) and when we were ready to go in Karen greeted us and welcomed us in. Everything was well laid out, every business owner we spoke to were friendly and helpful, Karen was great and really took the time to explain all the different business and what they had to offer. We liked it so much we booked two of the business within Martels and are very happy with our choices. All correspondence with Karen before the show was friendly and overall we were both really impressed. I drive past Martels every day on my way to work and wished I’d gone in there sooner! Such a unique concept and everything you could possibly need for your wedding under one roof! If you’ve just started your wedding planning I’d highly recommend a visit.

I originally went to an open day at Martles with my H2B the beginning of last year, everyone was so welcoming. Later on last year I went to a wedding fair at Chelmsford Race Course where I met the lovely ladies from their bridal boutique i entered the competition to win a wedding dress. And I WON!! Since winning Karen has been able to answer any questions I have had without any issues. The wonderful Samantha helped me pick out my dress October last year, think it was safe to say everyone in the room got very emotional. I've recently had an appointment to get measured up for my dress so it could get ordered, at this appointment I met the lovely Vanessa. All of the wonderful ladies have made great effort to get to know me, my H2B and have made me feel so welcome.

Wow what an amazing place. Everything all under one roof to do with weddings. You don't have to go anywhere else. Everyone is a specialist and most are award winning so you know you are getting the best. I would highly recommend Martels wedding and events village to anyone who is getting married.
