I started here as a adult learner 7 months ago completely new to martial arts and in need of some positive life changes. Within days my mood was lifted, within weeks my confidence and attitude to life was dramatically improved, and several months along now, I am stronger and fitter than I have ever been in my life to date; healthy in both body and mind! Anxiety is a thing of the past, and the stresses of life seem small and easily managed. Friends who have known me for years have all noticed and commented on the positive outward changes they have seen in me. What I didn’t expect was to also make a close circle of friends through kickboxing. Great place for all ages. My son has been doing kickboxing classes for almost 2 years and I did the Shed it and Shred it challenge in October and now come to Simply Fit classes! Great support from instructors and other class mates!!
This place has changed not only my daughters life, now mine too. She joined 6 years ago and is now a black belt and such a confident young lady compared to before she joined, that's all thanks to AMA. I joined the fitness class Simply Fit and enjoyed it so much I then went on to start kickboxing classes too. I was nervous to start but now really enjoying learning to do something I never imagined I could do. The instructors are top class and it doesn't matter who you are, age, size, fitness level, you will succeed here because of the high quality tuition. It's like one big family and everybody there is so nice and has the same positive outlook. We love it!
