Shower basin drain and utility sink needed snaking to open drains (both easy access). Martin Masters plumbers came in, quickly looked at drains, then went to truck to prepare estimate. Returned after 5 minutes with a near 600 estimate for the simple task of snaking two easy drains. Consumers need to be aware of such exploitive pricing. We sent them away, and called an alternative. Will never use Martin Masters.

Incredibly disorganized and misleading. I got a flier coupon for 25 in the mail promising up to 200 off if they did any number of jobs in a very long list they provided. Once I tried to use it all the terms of the discount changed. They also told me it would cost 29 to send someone over, and the 29 would be deducted if they did some work for us the same day. I described the work and they present me a bill for 135 just to determine what work needed to be done - no deductions, no application of the coupon. The whole thing smelled bad. I opted out of the 135, but still owed 29 tax. That flier didn't save me anything, it cost me 30.92. Very bad experience.

We have used Martin Masters Plumbing several times over the years and always found them courteous, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and competitive in their pricing. This most recent visit involved a valve replacement so that a dishwasher could be installed, and David Elias was absolutely wonderful. He first came to the house to take a look at the job and give an estimate -- the same day I called!--and then returned the next day to complete the work. He was thorough, patient, neat and helpful, even putting electrical tape on exposed wires in anticipation of the dishwasher installation a few days later. He waited until the main water was turned back on to make sure we had no leaks. He was a very pleasant individual to work with and we have complete confidence in the job he did. Turns out we're going to need a new water heater so Martin Masters is certainly on our minds as the company we'd like to use to install it. Hopefully David will be available to do the work!

Needed a few things done in the house and called Martin Masters. They sent David over and I’m glad they did. Very knowledgeable and personable. If I need any more work done I’d call again and ask specifically for David.
