It was a pleasure working with Richard Martin and Dianna Stone on a Quiet Title. After purchasing a used camper that had been title jumped I was stuck not knowing how to properly register. A quick phone call to the Martin & Wallentine office was all it took to get things going. Really appreciate everything and you made the process painless! Thanks for working with me! I saw a few bad reviews on here regarding Mr. Martin's lack of response in cases he is not interested in, but I was hoping that was just bad luck. The women who answer the phones have been very nice, but all they can do is give him my information. I understand that my 15k-20k case is not huge, but I need help, and I find it extremely rude to not at least let a prospective client that you don't have time, or even just don't want a case. I have more than enough evidence already put together, this would have been easy, but I have left messages with no returned call from Mr. Martin. I am disappointed because the office gals were all so nice. (Hence 2 stars, those are just for them)

I was exploring the site because I am looking for help on restoring my firearms rights. I was previously a felon from 20 years ago and a few years ago received a full pardon and expungement. However, the NICS site still denied me. So on there site is an electronic inquiry which I filled out with all of my information. This man writes me and say I need a flat fee of 500 to see what your status is and then go from there. So I write back and say “no consultation” He wrote me back the rudest email: On Thursday, April 16, 2020, 2:14 PM, Richard Martin \[email protected]\u003e wrote: There will have to be a consultation in order to obtain the information we need in order to determine your rights. If you are asking whether we work for free, no we don't do that. Our time is reserved exclusively for those who value it. I really can’t believe he wouldn’t even take the time to talk to me about my situation to see if he can help. He wants 500 just to speak to me?
