We had a fire at our home that required gutting the entire first floor, 75% of our total space. They rebuilt it working closely with me in the process and we could not be happier with the end result. All but one VERY minor item on the punch list was completed and they are still working to help me on this as it's a small part from a 3rd party vendor. They had follow-through often not seen with contracting firms to ensure they finished properly and completely. I would choose them again without any hesitation and recommend them highly based on our experience.

I just want to echo the reviews as I heard from everyone else. Vinny Martino and the entire Martino construction team is nothing short of fabulous! We recently had a basement renovation done by them and everything was seamless. From the Office staff response to the contractors that were in my home for project. All of our questions and concerns were answered without a wait and all staff was very knowledgeable. The basement looks beyond amazing for our three boys to enjoy in years to come. The project was completed on schedule. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Remodeling is stressful and sometimes difficult but with Martino Construction it was a pleasure, especially when the job is done and we get to enjoy our new beautiful basement. Vinny and crew recently replaced the back deck on our home. The deck came out great and we are happy with it. We did have an issue with how one railing looked but we called Vinny and he and Som came over, looked at the issue and devised a solution to resolve. I would recommend them highly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product.

I am a remediation contractor and following a bad house fire, I brought Martino Homes & Construction into the mix for the rebuild. This was a beautiful waterfront home with very discerning clients. Martino handled their demands and the rebuild beautifully and all parties were really satisfied. I’ve seen their work on other projects and they can handle small to large , renovations and extensions, etc. One of the things that sets him apart is their dedicated team who is always in top of everything to be sure things go as smoothly as possible. Communication is key and they really care about making sure things get done timely.
