I just finished having my oil change and tire rotation. I am grateful that it was part of my service plan since I purchased my jeep at Millers. Most the time they do a good job. However, I would encourage the service team to be a bit more mindful with getting oil on my leather inside door panel. I do my best to keep my vehicle in not only good maintenance but in a clean condition. Please be a bit more respectful next time. My rating stands as average.
I recently purchased a new car from here and was very pleased with the entire process. I worked primarily with Kara and Rob and they both were incredibly friendly and helpful. I am located more than 5 hours away from this dealership, so most of the negotiations were done over the phone but they were still able to make it a personal and welcoming experience. They worked extensively to get a price and a loan that I was comfortable with. There were no surprise expenses or fees that were added on once I got to the dealership, the numbers I had seen in the email quotes ahead of time were exactly the numbers I had to pay. There was a small cosmetic issue with the exterior of the vehicle that I noticed, but I pointed it out to Rob and he had it taken care of immediately. It was well worth the drive and I would gladly purchase from here again.
