Wonderful office. I met with Dr. Simmons. He had a great manner. He was really helpful, informative, and even encouraging. The ladies in the office were great, too. Overall, an incredibly beneficial, positive experience!

I was sick for months and months. The first time I visited this office, I was told to come back in a week if I didn't start to feel better. I thought I was feeling better, but whatever illness I have came back again and again with a vengeance. I came back 3 months later, and got my blood work done. My results were posted in the portal within 3 days, and some results were abnormal, so I called the office so I could understand what that meant. I was told that the doctor hadn't reviewed them yet, and I would be given a call the following week. A week passed and I heard nothing so I called again. Doctor still hadn't reviewed the results. I called a few days after that and was told by a different rep that they couldn't access the results. Each time, I was told they would call me back, but no one ever did. Finally a week later (almost 3 weeks after I got the blood work done), I called again and was told my results were ormal.\ If that were true, why not call me at least 2 weeks ago?? Also, some of the results were double the ormal range\. I am printing my results and taking them to a different office because the customer service of this office is absolutely terrible, and I do not trust their answer.

Terrible. Takes forever to get an appointment, when you get an appointment they never call you back with your results. Took 3 weeks to get an answer. Always kept hearing, we'll get back to you or we'll review it and call you back...took 3 weeks for the doctor to look at the results and call. Do. Not. Go.
