Food is good, but very busy. No one seemed to be wiping down tables between customers. No plastic between tables, and other than alcohol the door, didn't notice any other visible measures taken for the number of people allowed in the building. Probably won't go back during the pandemic.

ハワイのワイキキで大人気になってるとテレビ番組でとりあげてたのがきっかけで、家から一番近い八潮駅前店に来訪。以前草加駅近くにあった（撤退）店舗と比べて、店内が明るい！檀れい松岡茉優清野菜名、コマーシャルに起用する女優陣も元気印の旬な方が続く。。国内産小麦の自家製粉、店内手打ちへのこだわりを強調。こうされると角の立った本格讃岐うどんが食べたくなるなる。

妻と結婚前後で週に最低1回は通った丸亀製麺。ウドンの大盛にかき揚げ、天ぷら１品は欠かさず食べていました。流石に丸亀製麺のうどんは全く飽きがこないで、身体への糖分の吸収も良く。毎週欠かさず丸亀製麺通いをしていて、一気にメタボ化が進行してしまいましたうどんを茹でる肥えた二人組や天婦羅を上げるのが非常に上手なパートのオバサンなど、かなりウドン職人や天婦羅職人のいる丸亀製麺で、自分の中では相当なお気に入りでした。週末は、土日関係なく昼間はかなり混みますので余裕をもった来店をオススメします。八潮駅からは少し歩きます。目の前がマクドナルド。
