I have enjoyed my apartment at Haven on the Lake. The agent who signed me up was awesome and really took care of everything. The one repair request I had was handled with a confirmation, the work was prompt, correct and I received a follow up to make sure I was happy. The location is convienent to many things. Love being next to the park. Parking is never a problem. My neighbors are easy to live around. I recommend this place.

Haven on the Lake Apartment Homes is one of the best apartment facilities I have lived in!!! I am an active person and this facility has Tennis Courts, a nice gym to work out in, a basketball court, a walk or bike ride trail around the lake inside the community and huge patios for entertaining. The community is 5 minutes from Creve Coeur park. I love it...

How can I give a negative 100 review We literally only rented while we closed on our new home, our last house sold quicker than expected!! Let’s start on move in day with no heat. Then 2 weeks in an overflowing sink that was backed up into the dishwasher that they weren’t going to fix right away (I had called 2 days prior trying to get them to fix it before the overflowing). Last week we got renewal notice but the rent was going to be going up to 1850 ( we currently pay 1465)! Which the current lease does not stare will happen so you literally have no warning! Then today I get a call saying that I will be billed an extra month for rent because I didn’t give 60 day notice- however I only signed a 60 day contract/lease since we were only staying here long enough to close on the new house! Back to calling the attorney STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing place! Very calm, quiet and very scenic that you will fall in love with this place at the first sight. Staff is very kind, welcoming and always willing to help. Karishma was super friendly and was very helpful through out the entire leasing process. Maintenance was quick to address and solve the initial problems. Overall this place is outstanding and I would recommend to any one looking for a serene place to stay!

We love living here! The staff is so friendly and are always able to help us with what we need. As a college student, value is very important to me and this apartment has it! I love the student discount, the amenities, and how close it is to my campus! I am very glad I chose this place as my first apartment!
