I went to this branch on Monday, was a little nervous because I didn’t call in advance to make an appointment, but the employees were awesome. They took care of me the moment I walked in. I didn’t bring a Resume and they allowed me to email it to them. After filling out an application online, I was setup for a great job I started on yesterday. They even provided me with a pay card and I shall receive my first pay on Monday. I feel so blessed of having a job in the middle of this pandemic scenario. Couldn’t imagine getting a job with the help of HireQuest was going to be so easy, thanks for your kindness! Planning to be one of your best employees ever.

This company does not give two flying ... About helping out people. I spoke with someone named Sharon who was helping me find a job position. I needed a job urgently and it took a week to go in. That's normal supposedly. I practically had to nag her to get me hired there or any job as long as it started ASAP. It's quite apparent they don't care to help people find jobs but help companies since they're paid by them. I was supposed to speak to this lady Sharon to help me find another position (the position I had wasn't the best fit for me) but I haven't heard back. I'm done with this agency!

1 assignment in August. (Pay and location was fine) Lasted exactly 30 days. None since. Specified 2nd shift but was asked twice via text message about two 1st shift assignments. 1 in St.Charles and the other in Ellisville in Sept) My interview in August was detailed as well as my profile when I explained in much detail why I was only available for 2nd shift assignments. Yet,I was offered those ,after selecting the NORTH COUNTY AREA ONLY as an option for work locations that were accessible to me. North county is a broad area. No offers of assignments since Sept. So you have to be avaialable whenever to go wherever at any time in order to qualify for a call for work?? My resume is full of skills and experience in multiple fields. I feel like going to this office on public transport in search of employment was a waste of my time.

I must say that ACRUX EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is a fantastic place to find employment. If a person is willing to work, the staff there will go above and beyond what is expected to help someone get placed in a job. I personally had Kelly at the Dorsett office assist me and she was so respectful and professional towards me and my needs. And when I was able to get work with her help, she genuinely was as happy for me as I was. That really showed me so much The other staffing agent, Kay, was the initial person I encountered at ACRUX and she was so very helpful in getting the process started for me and made me feel both comfortable and hopeful about finding something quickly. ACRUX EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is so very fortunate to have these 2 terrific people working for their company And as a man who now gets a chance to prove himself again in the workforce, I am so grateful for their support in getting me the opportunity. Time to get to work!!!
