As with any customer service establishment, there are always hits and misses depending on who the employee on shift is at the time but overall I have had a very goodeperience with this particular Hot shots location. Management is always present and on point, the girls are pleasant and helpful and there are plenty of amenities to go around.

Bought 2 beers at the bar. Tipped 5. Played 3 games of pool, hunted down waitress to clean water, older customers beers, ashes, and empty cigarette pack from table. Thanked waitress. Went back to bar for more drinks after watching waitress avoid eye contact. Played 2 more pool games, waited nearly 10mins waiting for waitress to ask once if we wanted any drinks or if we were good. Never happened. She avoided our table completely. Not very busy on this Wednesday night. Went to the bar and closed out. Guy and girl behind bar apologized but I insisted it wasn't their job to apologize. Bartender went above and beyond to offer a shot on him. I declined and we shortly left.
Edit: I came today and waitress got shoulder to shoulder with me and delivered the specials with her mask around her chin Hit or miss. One of those sports bars were the waitresses have to wear short shorts so it can be hard to get service as a girl when it's busy. Smoker friendly tho. Food is pretty good. Drinks are usually strong.
Went here with a friend. The company was good, and the food was standard pub fare ... no surprises, no complaints, but nothing exceptional. Kind of fun environment though.

There’s no way this place should be at a 4. As a person from the east coast please take the cheesesteak off your menu because that’s not a cheesesteak. Just being real. Down to the bread was bad I’m sorry.
