Usually the service is pretty good. The guy sits at the front desk when you walk in is always helpful and nice. When I walked in today, it's young with glasses that sit in the office in back that acted as if he didn't want help me at all. Its like I was bothering him he just rushing me to get me out of his face . And might be wrong but he sounded like the same guy when called and if the shop would be open on Saturday he told no and come to find out the shop is open on Saturdays. Maybe I have the wrong skin color for there business.

This was my first experience with J&B Technology. I was highly impressed with the way I was treated and how honest they are! They treat you like family and found things on my laptop that I had no idea that were causing huge issues for me. The owner John is up front when you walk in the door and if he’s not there somebody takes care of you immediately. They are even there on Saturdays making it even more convenient. I love this place and will definitely be back when the need arises!
I had an immediate computer issue. I was unable to gain access to my account at a critical time in my workday. I called J & B Technologies. John quickly sent out a technician. His employee was very knowledgeable and resolved the issue. I have come to know in the last few years that when my computer goes down John always picks up on the call and at once addresses my issue and with confidence I know he will have me back up and running. John is very dedicated to providing the highest level of service to his friends and customers.
