This is my first pregnancy and I had a very positive first appointment. From start to finish, I felt like the communication about who was allowed to join me for the appointment, when to arrive, and what to bring was very clear. We also had a great experience with the sonogram technician and Dr. Hodor. Very thorough appointment and the sonogram technician explained everything we were seeing as we had our ultrasound.

I enjoyed my visit today. The front desk was efficient and pleasant. The doctor and sonogram tech were wonderful. -update I have been here twice now and the dr and staff are just wonderful. Even outside of my appointment they are really attentive and helpful when I need it. I have confidence that my care is being well tended to.
Terrible experience, recieved an appointment reminder for 8am, arrived at 8am to a receptionist shaming me for being late and claiming my appointment was at 8 but i needed to be there by 730-they dont even open until 8? They were incredibly rude and ripped up my paperwork in my face. Waited over an hour while they saw 6 people before me, I was literally in tears. I dont understand i was on time? Noone discussed what procedure I would be receiving or costs. If every review is about poor customer interactions these wemon need to be fired.
I had my very 1st appointmet at 10 today. I went there by 10 and tried to check in and the front receptionist was very rude and bluntly said you are late! I said how come? i am on time she said i was suppose to come half an hour early before appointment so i said nobody told me to come half an hour early n i even apologize for being late. The receptionist was still very rude and she was like i dont know if we can scooth in so i said thats okay then i will come next time bt c was like let me c and she managed to get me in..while waiting i dont know if she knew i was sitting right beside the counter or not bt she was talking behind my back with her colleague how i was sooo late and its past 10:30 now she was taking out all her frustation while talking. I was very hurt and disappointed with the way she was talking. Other than that the nurse inside the office and even doctor they were all very nice...bt it sure did ruined my day today because of the front receptionist.
This is a great place. Staff is really nice and doctors are great.
