I am from Toronto Canada, There was no business named Candle Packaging USA at their location. I had spoken with customer service about visiting their location. I try to contact Ash that I was in Baltimore. However when I went to the front door at the address on the website, I was advised via intercom by an Mgr named Nicole if I did not have an appointment, there was no one available to see me.
