Had my daughter home from college with a 2 day window to get her in to a new vehicle, contacted the Honda Marysville dealer online and within minutes the sales manager contacted me on the phone. Got hooked up with Chuck Worstell from the sales team. Chuck went above and beyond my expectations! Not only was he a pleasant person, he also made my 20 year old daughter understand every aspect of the vehicles's features in great detail and also explained the importance of vehicle ownership... I would highly recommend Chuck and the entire Honda team at Marysville.

Hard to believe but you can actually have a wonderful car buying experience! Honda Marysville salesman, Luther Henderson, provided that experience for us. He was always thinking ahead. Had a car ready for us to test drive when we arrived, had his numbers in order and we only had to deal with him! None of this ‘well, let me talk to ..’. We had 2 visits to the showroom, leads than a week apart and spent a goal of less than 3 hours there. Luther followed up with phone calls and the sales process was very smooth. Luther answered all our questions and was very transparent regarding add-on prices. There were no hidden costs and we got what we wanted, not items that were ‘already included’ and you would have to pay for them. We are very impressed and even though we live over an hour away, we will buy from Honda Marysville for all our new cars! Thank you for a very positive experience Luther!!!!

Richard Norman is the only reason I would return to Honda Marysville to purchase any vehicle. Excellent customer service and a very professional sales experience. If you are considering buying any vehicle at Honda Marysville, I would highly encourage you consider working with Richard Norman. He understands old fashioned customer service. He has gone out of his way to provide excellent service in our recent purchase. We have purchased 3 used cars from Honda Marysville. We probably will never purchase any there again, unless we use Richard. I know him only as a customer of the business I manage in Dublin. He offered to help us however he could. Richard has gone above and beyond to help us. He has been very communicative with us throughout the entire transaction. He called me today to follow up on some issues. I offered him some suggestions to improve his buyer’s experiences at the dealership. He listened. That’s all I can ask. We only use HM for factory recalls and an occasional oil change. We use Wayne’s Garage for ALL other repairs.

I purchased my 3rd used vehicle at this Dealer. I purchased my last vehicle and some minor issues occur shortly after purchase where my used Honda Pilot pulled to the left. Although this occurred after the purchase and I bought this \AS IS\, The sales manager Bart Zimmerman stood behind his word and a handshake. They fixed the issue and put 4 new tires the Pilot. In today's world it is rare to see a company stand behind their product even though they were no legally obligated. I just purchased a truck and because I am a loyal repeat customer they beat every dealer within 150 miles and 4 months of looking on websites by nearly 4000 dollars. Used trucks have increased in price everywhere since Covid 2020. I love this local dealer and how I was able to keep my purchase local. In regards to Covid and the purchase process, Honda Marysville was excellent. I have been to other dealers south of Marysville, Ohio and it was a awkward and uncomfortable experience. Not much social distance or the sanitized correctly. When Test driving vehicles at Marysville Honda, they wipe down the Keys and Fobs before test drive. I also like how the have expanded the sales Lobby by moving all the desk and sales associates quite far a part. This made it nice because, it allows you to relax and have a more personal experience during these times. They do require you where a mask but, we stepped outside during some of the time to break and take off my mask and social distance and talk. I worked with Ben Huffman and Sales Manager Bart Zimmerman. This was one of the easiest purchases and didn't have to Hagler because they came in lower on price than I was expecting to negotiate too. Keep up the great work and I will keep coming back. Thank you!
