I Love Ideal Wellness! Emily is one of the most amazing woman I know. She is 100% committed to helping people lead healthy and happy lives. Her coaches are wonderful. I've had the opportunity to work with both Jessica and Tara. They have been so nice, knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I look forward to my 1:1 coaching sessions each week. What I love most about Ideal Wellness is that I feel good from the inside out. It don'ts feel like a diet. It actually feels like my body is healing. I feel lighter in body, mind and spirit. Ideal Wellness, Emily and her team are my most trusted Wellness Clinic. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)
