We are first time home buyers and chose Ohio Dream Home Inspections. First off, Chris was responsive and called us the same day ( we found them on home advisor). We needed to get the inspection done quickly and they were able to schedule for the following Monday. Rocco completed the inspection and he was prompt , professional, thorough and very accommodating. The whole process was smooth and easy. I would recommend Ohio Dream Home Inspections to anyone new to home buying or an old pro!

I had a fantastic experience with Rocco. He was very thorough, spent extra time with us and answered all our questions. He does not fill his reports with any unnecessarily items so you know exactly what you need to be concerned about. He was able to explain everything to me in terms I understood and he was really great to work with. I felt very comfortable working with Rocco and would highly recommend him to others. He even had the report to me in sooner than expected.
