Really don't know why people are giving them low review scores, these guys are awesome! improvement I'm newer to larger home improvement tasks and these guys have helped me redo my deck, build a fence, and now a chicken coop. Always very patient and ready to answer my (dumb) questions. Only reason I'd ever shop anywhere else is if it was something they didn't carry!
Called to get a quote for some decking, gentlemen that answered was less than helpful. I wanted to know what your company offers, since I can't seem to find a list of products online. Didn't seem to want our business. Irritated when asked to repeat the pricing, made a comment that 'I needed to catch it as he threw it'. Taking business elsewhere.
