This question is directed to the owner, or the lady or gentleman who acts in responding to reviews. I've noticed you respond and comment on 5 star reviews. I think its great you take the time to thank individuals for their positive reviews. On the other hand there wasn't a single response, apology, or comment for any 1 star/negative review. I was wondering why that is? As a manager,(owner?), of a small business I think every customer and their experience is just as important to your business as the next. Despite whether they had a negative or positive experience. A negative review can be more damaging to a small business than a positive review can help. By not acknowledging or responding to a poor or negative experience may influence that specific customer to believe his or her business isn't important. Now if its a matter of a misunderstanding a simple response or apology from you might just be enough to resolve the issue. If its a matter of a customer being ignored or mistreated I'm sure you would want to know about it and deal with it accordingly...I know I would. I'm not telling you how to run your business, I'm just expressing a concern is all. Thank you for your time.

Got a good deal on a snowboard
This place was awesome. Came in here to just check out snowboarding gear Came out with boots, fitting, helmets, goggles, and gloves for two people at a very affordable price compared to other stores. They have a rewards program that is awesome as well. The customer service was fantastic. Plan on coming back for snowboard and binding rentals before heading out.
Great people very helpful. Expect about 30 percent the value of anything you sell but know that's standard no matter where you take your stuff. If you want more than that then you need to sell it yourself. Try offer up or marketplace but you won't be getting that money today.
Great experience! Very knowledgeable staff and extremely courteous. Completed my transaction in about 7 minutes and now am the proud owner of a great treadmill. Delivered and set up in record time and extremely professional service. Made sure I knew all about the operation and maintenance. Took away my old one and all in less than 24 hours. This is extremely notable as I needed it delivered to Redmond and these great people are in Marysville. Can not say enough about how very helpful they were. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this particular store and staff. I have a "Play it Again Sports" nearer to me, but they practically shoved me out the door when I asked about what I needed. Give this store a try, you won't be disappointed!
The gentleman who staffed the booth at the Valhalla Summer Invasion tournament today was completely disrespectful. After our team lost in a tense semifinal game, he commented- loud enough for the group of parents on the sidelines to hear- that we lost because we did t have jerseys. Our teams jerseys were held up at customs- something that was unforeseeable and unpredictable so they were allowed to play with their shooter shirts as jerseys. He tried to explain his comments away that he was telling this to a child... as if this was an acceptable excuse- these were children too.. 10/11 year olds making the best of a situation with shooter shirts. Many of our players and families have been patrons of Play It Again Sports- but the comments left a sour taste in our mouths. You are at a lacrosse tournament providing a product to a lacrosse community- yet you are going to talk trash about children players. Completely unprofessional. Word spreads quickly and you’ve lost a lot of business as a result.
Great spot for all sorts of good stuff. Good prices. Went in on a recommendation for Disc Golf discs and I was happy to see plenty of options, they had new and used. Recommended to any athlete, I will be back for sure.
