We had an area of the basement that was getting some water on occasion, that we wanted to correct before we sold our home. Stay Dry gave us an estimate for 2400 to fix the problem and said it was warrantied. We had a storm right before our closing on the house and we got more water in the basement in the same place that was supposedly fixed. Stay Dry came out 1 day before our closing and would not warranty their work and that we now needed waterproofing done on the inside of the home costing around 8700.00.
