I came in to see about my right shoulder because I've had 3 surgeries on it. Well, as soon as I mentioned something for pain, he became rude and basically told me that there was nothing that he could do..That made me embarrassed because all I was trying to do was get some relief because of the severe pain that I'm going through.. Maybe, it will get better for people with chronic pain...

Long story short... My wife was having a problem with her ankle she went to these folks for treatment. After xrays MRI physical therapy and several (short as in no more than 5 min)appointments with Dr. Asbury she got dismissed to a specialist because he couldn't figure out what was wrong. We left there with nothing but owing them money. She sought treatment elsewhere and now has the problem fixed. As for the short appointments, we spent more time in the waiting room than actually even back in the room. We watched people get up and walk out because they had been there for over an hour, as were we. So my wife emailed the director and told her all of this. She didn't even have the audacity to call my wife back, she passed it on to someone else. When the other person called, they did nothing but say they were sorry and blow smoke up her rear end. Very poorly managed company in my opinion.

I'll tell you this, listen good. Tennessee is a one party record state. Look that up, long story short, you have the legal right to record your doctors visits. Put your cellphone in your front pocket, mic pointed up, be still but not obvious and record your appointment. If your treated unfairly, ask the Tennessee State Medical Investigation Board in Nashville for a complaint form, fill it out and sit back. If they've done their job then they should be ok. If you are on workers compensation, you definitely want to record. Do not be afraid, it's your legal right to record, especially if it's your medical appointment. I have more I could say, but I'll let the professionals do my talking.

My wife fell and dislocated her shoulder. We met Dr. Winn who had been called by the ER Dr. He was excellent in his care and bedside manner. He did an outstanding job in surgery and aftercare. He also was supportive of my hovering and worrying about my wife. He was quite patient.
