Very well structured and quality Taekwondo school. Instructors are full time professionals that have helped my entire family in helping to reinforce those all important life skills that we teach at home like Discipline and Respect! Would recommended to anyone looking for a quality Martial Arts experience. Also great for the whole family. My wife and I have been able to train with our kids and it’s wonderful.

It is an amazing place! The instructors are very friendly, they motivate you and dedicate time for you to learn and for any questions you have they are willing to hear you and explain everything and the process of learning.. My daughter loves it! Great place to learn martial arts. The have family classes and I definitely recommended to anybody.

Best desicion I made to join MAS Schools many years ago in order to help with my mental and physical health. This martial arts school has great programs for everyone, for kids as young as 3 to older more mature people. I've been training TaeKwonDo for several years now and the help has been unmeasurable, now I'm enrolling my kids too so they can learn self defense and boost their self-esteem. Master Ozuna, Mr. Mignaco and his team have amazing experience delivering great teaching sessions and monitor your growth with amazing care. Never been so proud to be part of such a great family of martial artists. Where do I start? If you only read a few sentences, know this: Mr. Mignaco and Mr. Affon are very special people. They genuinely care for their students, run an efficient business, and strike a great balance between fun and discipline during the classes. After 6 months of quarantining, we decided it was time for our 4 year old son to get started with some activities. We went for a trial class with Mr. Mignaco and quickly realized how much the pandemic affected him. Our outgoing and well mannered son was suddenly timid and didn’t want to listen to another adult. Mr. Mignaco was unbelievably patient and thought about what was best for our son. The next day we had a trial class at another school…we were there for 15 minutes and left after the instructor made some rude comments to our son. So, we returned to MAS with Mr. Mignaco and Mr. Affon. They suggested we just watch a few classes and wait until our son was ready to join. No judgement or pressure - all about what would work best for our son. Well, a week later he was ALL in. Our son LOVES going to MAS. It’s been about 2 months and he talks about Taekwondo all the time…asking what it will take to earn another stripe or belt…and then putting in the work. Yes, MAS has found a way to make this all FUN and something our son wants more of. Perhaps the most important part is the impact MAS is having on our son at home and in school. He takes pride in being self controlled, polite, and working hard. He’s truly becoming a well rounded young boy, and a lot of it has to do with the values MAS introduces that we can reinforce at home. What more can you ask for? We are so appreciative of the environment Mr. Mignaco and Mr. Affon work so hard to create. It’s rare to find their level of sincerity and professionalism in Miami, and as a result, MAS has earned a special place in our family’s heart.

A fun place to have a birthday party - the staff is excellent with the kids and the party is a great workout for them. The place also hosts a parent's night out every so often which is great for the kids and parents and at an affordable price. Availability of classes for the kids is not too accommodating (at least for our schedule) but I would definitely recommend it!
