A great example of Palladian design. It’s incredible to think that it was built almost five hundred years ago.
Wonderful to see and experience a master architect. Well done to the family who preserve this Villa. Make sure you stop to have a cheese platter and glass of wine.
Fantastic place to visit and admire great Paladio architecture and authentic Veronese art. Great place to sample vintage prosecco too, at Giulio's wine bar next door. Recommended.
Beautiful frescoes - 900 square metres, the owner told us. At least we THINK he's the owner, but he claims the gaggle of lovely little dogs around him are the real owners. Can't photograph inside, but the scenery will give you some idea of the general atmosphere. There was also a small exhibition of modern art on, hence the red ribbon.
