This is the best hardware & paint, lumber. Everything is great here. The employees here treat you with respect! I use the paint department mostly. They always mix my colors perfect!

Always a pleasant experience to shop at Botello' s. Everyone had always helpful and friendly. Never been put out helping you find even on little but and bolt.

I'm upset at myself that it's taken so long to recognize Botello's Rental Department. I've purchased all of my Sthil equipment from Botello's - which includes a chain saw, multiple blowers, a snow blower, & multiple Toro mowers over the years. I'm specifically giving Stu and his crew 5 stars for a recent visit where I brought in a 2 year old, Toro, Super Recyler mower with a Honda GSV engine. I felt the engine was making a strange noise - the oil level was fine & clean. I changed the oil for the 3rd time and the engine noise didn't change - it might have gotten worse. I brought it to Botello's and after evaluation the engine was \cooked.\ The only issue was I was blamed at first for using the \wrong oil\ - after bringing proof of what I had used for oil - the manager Stu went to worked on my behalf & was able to get Toro to cover a new Honda engine. Why would anyone buy any building products or equipment anywhere else on the Cape... great operation and team.
